KMA opened in Penrith in 1999 as a small local concreting company. The growth since then has been earned one project at a time. We are still Penrith concreters at heart — still locally owned, still answering the phone ourselves, still applying the same standard to a residential driveway that we apply to a large commercial slab.

How We Work – Every Time
Step 1: Honest Site Assessment
We visit your site before quoting. We assess soil conditions against AS2870 classification requirements, access constraints, drainage requirements and the correct concrete mix specification for your application. The quote reflects the real job – not an estimate designed to vary later.
Step 2: Concrete Sub-Base Preparation and Formwork
This is where most concreting failures start. Our team handles all concrete excavation, concrete sub-base preparation, concrete formwork to specification and steel mesh or bar reinforcement to AS3600 requirements before a single truck arrives. We do not rush this step.
Step 3: The Pour and Finish
Quality raw materials meeting Australian Standards AS2870 and AS3600 on every pour. The right concrete mix for the application, the right timing and the right finish – whether it is a residential driveway, coloured concrete, exposed aggregate or a heavy-duty industrial slab.
Step 4: Handover and Clean Up
We clean up correctly, conduct a final inspection and do not leave until the job meets our standard. You get exactly what you were quoted. No variations. No surprises.
